1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, and password. We also collect data about the monitors and heartbeats you configure, and usage information such as log entries and response times.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Send you alerts and notifications about your monitors via email, SMS, and messaging apps
  • Process billing and subscription transactions
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Monitor and analyse usage to improve user experience

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third-party providers as strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Stripe — for payment processing and subscription management. Your payment card data is handled solely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
  • Twilio — for SMS and WhatsApp alert notifications. When you configure an SMS or WhatsApp alert channel, your phone number is transmitted to Twilio to deliver notifications. Twilio's privacy policy governs how this data is handled.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Monitor check logs are automatically purged after 90 days. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are stored using secure hashing (bcrypt). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies strictly to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the service may not function correctly as a result.
