Vigilapp is an uptime monitoring and alerting platform that allows you to monitor HTTP endpoints, schedule heartbeat checks, and receive notifications when services become unavailable or recover. By creating an account and using Vigilapp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Vigilapp offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in the currency displayed at checkout. All charges are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account will continue to function until that date, after which it will be downgraded to the free plan or deactivated.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. We reserve the right to issue pro-rata refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
We target a monthly uptime of 99.5% for the Vigilapp platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event of a service disruption, our sole obligation is to restore service as quickly as reasonably possible. We do not provide financial credits or compensation for downtime unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract.
Vigilapp is a monitoring tool and does not guarantee that every outage of a monitored endpoint will be detected. Check intervals, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure may affect detection accuracy.

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Vigilapp platform are the exclusive property of Vigilapp and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own internal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigilapp and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted after 30 days.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deletion is irreversible and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
